How to Create Your Mundpay Account

Getting started with Mundpay is fast, secure, and straightforward. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your account and access your dashboard in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Fill Out Initial Details

Full NameGo to the sign-up page and enter your primary details:

• Email Address
• Mobile Phone Number
• Password

Step 2: Verify Your Email

• Check your inbox for a verification email sent by Mundpay.
• Click on the verification link inside the email to confirm your account.

Step 3: Profile & Identity Information

• Log in to your dashboard and click "Complete Registration".
• Navigate to Profile & Identity:
• • Upload your profile picture.
  • Select your account type: Individual or Legal Entity / Business.
  • Fill in your Tax ID and personal details.
• Click "Save and Next".

Step 4: Address Details

• Enter your address details (Postal Code, Street, Number, Neighborhood, City, and State).
• Click "Save and Next".

Step 5: Bank Details

• Fill in your banking details for payouts:
• • Select your Bank.
  • Account Type, Branch Number, and Account Number.
  • Click "Save and Next".

Step 6: Identity Verification & Documents

• Go to the Documents section.
• Upload Document Photo: Submit a photo of your valid ID (National Identity Card - Registration, Driver's License or Passport). Make sure the document is fully visible and unfolded.
• Take a Selfie: Take or upload a clear photo of your face (selfie).
• Click "Save and Next" to submit your account for review.
