Accepted Identification Documents for Account Verification

To ensure account security and comply with financial regulations, Mundpay requires identity verification before fully activating your account for payouts.

Below you will find the accepted document types and the requirements for approval.

1. Accepted Personal Identification Documents

You must submit a clear photo or copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. We accept:

• National Identity Card (RG)
• National Driver’s License
• National Migration Registration Card (CRNM / RNE) — for foreign residents
• Passport — for foreign citizens

2. Document Quality Requirements

To avoid delays or rejection during the review process, make sure your document meets all the following criteria:

• Full Visibility: The document must show both the front and back (unless using a single-page passport).
• Clear & Legible: All text, numbers, and your photo must be completely crisp and readable. Avoid blurriness, dark shadows, or camera flash glare.
• No Cut Offs: All four corners of the document must be visible within the frame.
• Original & Physical: Scans or photos must be taken directly from the original physical document. Screen captures (screenshots) or photos of printed copies will not be accepted.
• Current & Valid: Expired IDs or documents with severely outdated photos will be rejected.

3. Verification Checklist

Before clicking submit, quickly check if your submission passes this checklist:

• Is the document front and back included?
• Is every single field readable?
• Are all 4 borders of the ID visible?
• Is the document within its expiration date?
