# How to Create Your Mundpay Account

Getting started with **Mundpay** is fast, secure, and straightforward. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your account and access your dashboard in just a few minutes.

### **Step 1: Fill Out Initial Details**

Go to the sign-up page and enter your primary account details:

1. **Full Name:** Enter your full legal name as it appears on your official documents.
2. **Email Address:** Enter your primary email address, which will be used for account login, security alerts, and notifications.
3. **Mobile Phone Number:** Provide your mobile number including your area code.
4. **Password:** Create a strong and secure password to protect your account.
5. Click **Sign Up / Create Account**.

### Step 2: Verify Your Email


To ensure your account's security, verify your email address:


1. Check your inbox for a verification email sent by Mundpay.
2. Open the email and click the **Verify Email / Confirm Account** link or button.

### **Step 3: Profile & Identity Information**
Log in to your dashboard and click **Complete Registration** to set up your profile:


1. Navigate to the **Profile & Identity** section.
2. **Profile Picture:** Upload a profile picture of your choice.
3. **Account Type:** Select either **Individual** (Tax ID / CPF) or **Legal Entity / Business** (Corporate Tax ID / CNPJ).
4. **Tax ID & Personal Details:** Fill in your Tax ID number and the required personal details.
5. Click **Save and Next**.

### **Step 4: Address Details**
Provide your residential or official business address:


1. Navigate to the **Address** tab.
2. Enter your **Postal Code** (ZIP Code). *Street, Neighborhood, City, and State fields will auto-populate in most cases.*
3. Enter your **Street Number** and **Building/Unit/Suite Number** (if applicable).
4. Review your address details and click **Save and Next**.

### **Step 5: Bank Details for Payouts**
Fill in your banking details to enable account payouts and withdrawals:


1. Navigate to the **Bank Details** tab.
2. **Bank Name:** Select your financial institution from the dropdown list.
3. **Account Type:** Select Checking or Savings account.
4. **Branch & Account Number:** Enter your Branch Number (Routing) and Account Number, including any check digits.
5. Click **Save and Next**.
> ⚠️ *Note: The bank account holder's tax ID must match the account holder details registered on Mundpay.*

### **Step 6: Identity Verification & Documents**
Submit your verification documents to complete account setup and unlock full account functionality:


1. Go to the **Documents / Identity Verification** section.
2. **Upload Document Photo:** Submit a clear, high-resolution photo of your valid government-issued ID (National Identity Card, Driver's License, or Passport). Ensure the document is fully visible, unfolded, and legible.
3. **Take a Selfie:** Take or upload a clear, well-lit photo of your face (selfie).
4. Click **Save and Next / Submit for Review**.

Identity verification is handled by Veriff, our partner platform responsible for the security of the process.
Upon selecting **Verify documents** on Mundpay, you will be redirected to Veriff, where you must complete this step on your mobile phone by submitting:

* A photo of the front and back of your original ID document.
* A real-time selfie for liveness verification.
**Important:** The entire process requires photos captured live. Uploads of saved images, screenshots, or expired/damaged documents will not be accepted.

### ⏳ **Next Steps**
Once submitted, your account will be reviewed by our compliance and security team. You will receive an email confirmation and an in-dashboard notification as soon as your account is approved and ready to process transactions!
